The molds never made it back, but Jess emailed me with another option for prints which I emailed back to her. They worked like crazy to make my ring in time. The ring was shipped within the next week! However, when it was shipped back, the FedEx man left the ring at a random gas station two towns over (I can't stress enough how hard it is to get mail in small-town Oklahoma). After an afternoon of trying to figure out where the ring was, I finally captured it. I was blown away! The fingerprint on the interior of the band was perfect, and the diamond is set beautifully into the band. More importantly, my now fiancee` loves it! This brand absolutely has a 10/10 rating from me. They were kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to resolve every issue even though it was not their's to fix.
